Kindly note the Order Processing and Shipping policy as under

• Once the order is placed through website, the availability is checked from the warehouse.
• If there is any shortage in the order, customer will be called to confirm regarding the order by our representative.
• If the Order is not confirmed by the customer via automated confirmation call, the order is automatically cancelled after 2 days.
• Order cannot be shifted to confirmed once cancelled.
• Customer can select any of the two payment options during checkout:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery
• Only orders up to the value of Rs. 15,000 are accepted as Cash on Delivery. Orders above that value are to be paid through Bank Transfer to be confirmed.
• Shipping is done through our courier partner – Call Courier.
• Shipping cost is flat Rs. 200, and Free Shipping on orders valued above Rs. 3,000.
• Order Processing time is 1-3 Days while shipping time after dispatch is as under:
  • Karachi -> 1-2 Days
  • Other Main Cities -> 2-4 Days
  • Outskirts -> 3-5 Days
