- All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We offer exchanges within 14 working days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Picture reference may be required for verification due to hygiene reasons.
- Panties are strictly non-exchangeable.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at physical outlets.
- Sale items will be exchanged at the same sale percentage at which they were originally purchased.
- To initiate an exchange, please confirm your order details by emailing us at sales@bebellepk.com or messaging us on our WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram page.
- Once size or article availability is confirmed, customers are required to send the garment back to the address provided and share the tracking details with us.
- Karachi orders may avail exchange via rider. (Charges Apply)
- All returned garments will undergo a quality check (QC) upon receipt.
- Once approved, the requested size or article will be dispatched.
- Any price difference will be charged accordingly.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, while re-dispatch charges will be covered by bebelle.
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, along with the original invoice.
- bebelle reserves the right to refuse an exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.
